Terms of Service

LTV Tracker is a SaaS analytics platform that connects to your Stripe account to compute customer lifetime value (LTV), monthly recurring revenue (MRR), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and ad attribution metrics.

We provide the service on an "as-is" basis. Features may change, and we may add or remove functionality at our discretion with reasonable notice.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to accept these terms on behalf of any organisation you represent.

LTV Tracker is a paid service. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Free trial: New accounts include a 14-day free trial. Your card is required to start the trial but will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

You retain full ownership of all data in your Stripe account. By connecting your Stripe account to LTV Tracker, you grant us read-only access to retrieve subscription, invoice, and customer data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for providing a Stripe restricted key with appropriate permissions and for revoking access if you terminate your account.

We will not use your Stripe data for any purpose other than computing and displaying your analytics within LTV Tracker.

You agree not to:

• Use LTV Tracker for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service
• Abuse or overload our infrastructure (e.g. automated scraping)
• Provide credentials that you are not authorised to use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

LTV Tracker is an analytics tool — it displays data derived from your Stripe account. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the metrics displayed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vizora FZ LLE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

LTV Tracker, including its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Vizora FZ LLE. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our written consent.

The JavaScript snippet we provide for installation on your site is licensed to you for use solely in connection with the LTV Tracker service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of LTV Tracker after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
